Here are our 2023 tariffs.  All prices are per room per night.  Please note that there is an additional charge for breakfast  -  £8 per person per day

KINGSIZE ROOM - maximum 2 adults - from £75 per night

TWIN ROOM - maximum 2 adults -  from £75 per night

SINGLE ROOM - maximum 1 adult - from £60 per night

A deposit to cover the first night's stay is required at the time if booking by phone or online, and any balance owing is payable on arrival if staying for more than one night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you should need to cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit in full, provided that you let us know as soon as you can but by no later than one day prior to arrival.  If cancelled on the day of arrival there will be no entitlement to a refund. 

Check in is normally between 2.00 pm and 9.00 pm.  However, if you require a later check in time, we may be able to make a special arrangement, provided that it is no later than 11.00 pm, and this would need to be arranged at the time of booking.

Because we need to service rooms and make ready for new guests, earlier check in time cannot always be possible.  However, by prior arrangement, guests can have the option to drop off bags, make payment and pick up their key, if they need to arrive between 11.00 am and 2.00 pm.

Check out is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

We have replaced the in room welcome brochure and paper leaflets with a laminated breakfast menu and welcome information sheet which will have been disinfected between guests.

This will help to ensure that all our guests can leave us feeling happy and able to recommend us to family, colleagues and friends.

The City of Hull and East Yorkshire are full of interesting places to visit.  We have had to remove all our paper tourist information leaflets but suggest that guests use our free wifi to look online for tourist information, and we are always happy to help with suggestions.
