Situated in the West Hull village of Melton, this modern detached house, with ample car parking, is approximately ten miles from Hull City Centre (City of Culture 2017) and approximately ten miles from Beverley (a historic town, famed for its beautiful Minster and Saturday markets).

Melton is just off the A63, and this gives easy access to Hull (A63 eastbound) and the A63 westbound eventually becomes the M62 towards Leeds.

• Many local attractions which make great days out - the East Coast is within easy reach by car, bus or train, and inland there are many places to visit. Hull the City of Culture 2017, Beverley, York and Lincoln are all particularly interesting historic towns.
• Several stately homes are within easy driving distance. Burton Constable, Burton Agnes and Normington Hall are just three examples.
• Several interesting museums in the City Centre of Hull have free admission. 
• There are plenty of interesting shops in Hessle, Hull and Beverley.
• For those who like walking, we are a 'stone's throw' from the Yorkshire Wolds Way and there are lots of other nice places to walk locally.
• We have a good selection of cycle route maps, graded from easy, steady, and more challenging routes, throughout several areas in East Yorkshire. Why not enjoy seeing more of the countryside with lots of fresh air and hopefully some sunshine!
• Anyone interested in wild birds and nature will find many places of interest within the locality. North Cave Wetlands and Blacktoft Sands are worth visiting.  A trip to the coast to Bempton Cliffs will afford a close encounter with puffins, gannets and other seabirds, depending on the time of year.
• Great choice of restaurants and eating places.
• Easy access to Eastdale by car, bus or a short taxi journey from North Ferriby or Brough train station.
• Easy access to and from the P & O North Sea Ferry Terminal.
• Humberside Airport is the closest to us, with easy access to and from there by travelling over the Humber Bridge.

The Hull area has a lot to offer visitors and the fact that Hull itself has been awarded "City of Culture 2017" makes it a great place to see.
